I partner with The Lactation Network (TLN), a company that handles insurance billing for lactation consultants. They bill your insurance and use a portion of what they receive to pay me. For clients with insurance please click here and you should hear back from TLN within approximately one day with confirmation of coverage.
If you choose not to use The Lactation Network, or your insurance carrier does not work with with them, payment is due in full at the time of service. I will provide you with a specialized invoice (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance carrier to request reimbursement. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed with this method, and I do not refund fees based on insurance companies refusing to reimburse.
I accept Venmo, Cash, Checks, FSA/HSA payments, & some major credit cards.
Please note that I do not bill insurance directly.
In order to protect all of the families and little ones that I work with, I am fully vaccinated, continue to wear a mask and gloves to all visits. I also screen all clients prior to booking any in person appointment.
