This workshop is for You if:

✅ You are a birth nerd who wants to serve your clients by giving them the best advice possible about baby feeding

✅ You are a birthworker who wants to feel more confident and knowledgeable while offering lactation support

✅ You are a doula, midwife, nurse or other care provider and want more in depth knowledge about breastfeeding, bottle feeding and pumping

✅ You have some knowledge about lactation but feel unsure how to help when things start to get tricky

✅ You love helping your clients to TRUST their bodies to nourish their babies

✅ You want to feel excited and prepared when you start getting more clients who want help with breastfeeding

Probably Not for You if:

❌ You believe you can only help with baby feeding if you have a certification

❌ You feel that extra breastfeeding and pumping support is beyond your scope of practice

❌ You think there is only one best way to feed a baby and aren’t open to working with a family toward THEIR goals

❌ Are only looking to learn the basics of lactation and don’t want to go deeper or learn how to overcome feeding roadblocks

❌ You believe that breastfeeding is easy and aren’t interested in learning about why many families fail to meet their feeding goals

❌ You believe that if your clients are struggling, there isn't much you can do to help until they work with another professional

EMPOWER YOURSELF - EMPOWER YOUR CLIENTS!

Because when you're confident,
they'll find the confidence they need

Kassi Reyes RN, IBCLC, MSN, MPH

Hi I'm Kassi!

I am a Clinical Educator, RN, IBCLC Lactation Consultant, and Mamá. I have 18+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including work as a nursing professor, lactation consultant, postpartum nurse, and doula.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

When I started working as a doula, I felt shaky at best while trying to support my clients with baby feeding.

So... I decided to become an IBCLC...which took me 4 years
This path certainly isn't the right one for everyone, and it isn't the only way to feel confident helping families with breastfeeding.

I am extremely passionate about educating birthworkers and providers about lactation and baby feeding.

You are in a unique position to guide families toward success and help save a lactation journey that is going South.  You can be the bridge and I'd love to show you how.

I know in my heart that the more feeding knowledge EVERY person on the care team has, the more families are going to feel successful and less alone as they navigate feeding challenges.

In my spare time, I love to sit with a warm cup of coffee (or cold...I am a mom now), practice yoga, spend time outdoors, and travel the world.

I am so excited to meet you!

Here's what people who have learned from me have to say...

"Explains complex concepts in an approachable and practical manner..."

"Kassi is an incredible educator. Her deep knowledge and patient guidance have been invaluable in helping me understand the intricacies of breastfeeding. Kassi's ability to explain complex concepts in an approachable and practical manner has empowered me to navigate challenges with confidence. Her encouragement and hands-on teaching methods have significantly enhanced my understanding and abilities, making a profound difference in my practice.

Janna Wachira. IBCLC

"Ability to easily share her wealth of information..."

"As she mentored me, I was struck by her compassion for new mothers and her ability to easily share her wealth of information. Kassi worked closely with administrators, the lactation team, the nursing team and the doctors to further educate them on the importance of providing exceptional lactation support, as well as to best meet each patient’s individual needs. Kassi is a constant learner and educator. She never hesitated to ask my opinion as a pediatric speech pathologist as well as a lactation consultant.

  •  Knowing how to REALLY advocate for your client’s feeding goals without second guessing the information you are giving them.
  • No longer having to ask "Dr. Google" when your client asks you if their latch looks ok, how often to feed, if their baby is gaining enough weight, or when to start pumping.
  • Knowing how to stay calm and confident in any baby feeding scenario.
  • Being the Go-To Resource: embody being the local birth worker that breastfeeding families turn to
  • Growing Your Doula Practice: Watch your business bloom as more clients seek out your knowledge and skills

How much more confident would you feel offering lactation support?
